What has happened to eBookMall?

I wonder if anyone has any information about eBookMall.com? It was a legit bookstore, I purchased an ebook there as recently as a year ago. But now it seems to have turned into some kind of phishing site (you'll see when you try to buy something). I couldn't find anything with Google search. No news about closing, nothing.

I haven't tried clicking on them in case it is a pirate site.

Have you tried emailing them?

It looks like the site hasn't added any books since Jan 2018. And you can no longer sign in to your account.

Yes, that's what I see as well. When I clicked on the "read for free" link, it took me to a phishing site.

I haven't tried to contact them yet. Just thought that perhaps there has been some information about it somewhere and I haven't noticed.

Looks to me like someone took what was a legit ebook store for years and turned it into a site where the Read For Free button was added and forwards you to some kind of pirate site out of the Czech Republic.
