That's the one. Just remember that it will also disable book statistics which some seem to love.

I am really sorry, I forgot to reply. This worked; thank you for the help.
This may not be the new default settings. I was trying to make the custom dictionary as the default one and may be changed the language/locale settings, not sure.

Does this work on a Glo HD? I didn't have the section mentioned [Features Strings] and so added it. I don't know where to look to see if the feature has been activated.

If the section does not exist, just add it; it's as simple as that.

It is on the menu for the book in the library list and on the home screen. And it will only be displayed if the book has annotations.

The section name is FeatureSettings. I've posted the segment from my Aura One.

Generally, don't add the Screenshots line unless you have a sleep cover as the power button will now trigger the screenshot and not sleep or power off unless you hold it long enough for the forced power off.

I saw in the wiki list that Clara is mark 7, and that there is a 4.8.11073 for mark 7, but when I searched this thread I found no mention of Clara. Has anybody tried it for Clara? Does it work? Or is it safer to keep it with the 4.7.10733 "out of the box" (just bought it)?

When you go through the registration process you'll get an automatic upgrade to 4.8.11090, which is mark 7 and only exists for the ClaraHD. I expect the next Kobo fw release will have all device firmwares back in-sync again.

But 4.8.11090 has an annoying bug with recent date that anchors books to your home screen even if they weren't the most recently opened books. 4.7.10733 works really well! I've no idea what changed (apart from the bug) in 4.8.11090 so I'm sticking with 4.7.10733 for now.
