Detailed help with DRM removal isn't permitted here. Ask where you got the tools.

I think I can say that if you downloaded a .acsm file from the Kobo website and then got the ePub through Adobe Digital Editions, the obok plugin won't help. It's for books downloaded using the Kobo desktop application, as far as I understand things.
