Thanks for this. I think this is the kick in the keister I needed to get serious about backing up my Downpour library before I wake up one day to find out it's been subsumed into Audible and my books have been DRMed. My Tantor library will follow, but it's not as big and the books aren't as important to me.

Thus one of the two main reasons that the first thing I do with all my audio books is format shift them. I must say I find it hard to believe that Audible only has 41% of the audio book market in the US. That doesn't quite pass the sniff test for me.
