can't copy from library 1 to library 2

Please help me: I can't copy anymore from one library to another. When I try to do that all kind of problems show:

calibre, version 3.16.0

I solved the problem: it had to with Controlled Folder Acces. After I added calibre to the apps that are permitted to open folders the problem was solved
