Any way to get time & percentage in footer or header?
Just came over from the Kindle Oasis as love the size of the Kobo Aura One.

One thing I miss via patch on the Oasis was the ability to put the time and battery percentage in the header. Is there any way to do this - either in header or footer?

When reading, tap the middle of the page. That displays a top and bottom bar. The time will be displayed in the top left for a few seconds and then replaced by the percent read for the book. The battery symbol is displayed in the top right and shows how full it is. Tap it to see the actual percentage.

If you tap to show the time then percentage as David describes above, then swipe (instead of tapping) to turn pages the header with percentage remains until you tap again. I don't know of any way to make the time display constant.

You can't make the time show permanently, but you can use the patch `Clock display duration`and increase the duration of the time it shows.

See Instructions for patching firmware 4.7.10413 the patch is in the file libnickel.so.1.0.0.patch.

edit: changing the int to 255 (max value) will change the duration to four and half minutes.
