Same here. My order still reads "shipping soon" and CC charged 10/29. I expect tracking information at the end of today and "arriving tomorrow by 8." I live in a same-day delivery city.

Well I don't live anywhere near a distribution centre (as far as I know) but my status hasn't changed at all.

I never got an email or a call back from the first CS rep who cut me off. I phoned again and was kept on hold for ages while the CS rep 'tried' to work out what was happening, in the end she said "the order isn't moving as the item is not released until tomorrow". At that point I gave up. Strangely enough she never emailed me after our call either, so I've had no 'did I solve your problem' emails. I wonder why.

My order from Best Buy was shipped this afternoon (from Conklin, NY) and will be delivered tomorrow 10/31 to me here in Massachusetts. As many times as I've bought myself new devices, I have never gotten over that little thrill you get when you see the shipping email!

Mine just updated to shipped, coming to Pittsburgh from Delaware. Still on track for tomorrow although UPS is lucky to get here before 6pm and I'll be out with the kids doing tricks or treats.

Mine actually came into Georgia from Florida via a shipping partner and will be handed off to USPS so hopefully I should have it by late morning tomorrow.
