It is only available for books in KFX format.

(That feature is not new. It has been there since the 5.8.9 firmware release.)

I noticed that Amazon has revamped the font menu. It's now possible to control the boldness of fonts with the new Bold option. (IIRC, some Kobo models had a similar option for quite some time.)

Ragged right was there previously. It requires books that support ‘enhanced typography’, and is not available for side-loaded content (at least without hacking).
