What image do you want? You re posting in the thread for the Glo, but you list your device as a Touch. And if it is for the Touch, which model?

I also need a image for the kobo glo. Mom's e-reader has developed some problems.
Might be easier to to reset with new firmware.

lynmary: Have you done a factory reset? That should fix most woes. And if it doesn't, you might want to try a new SD card when you restore the image. When my Glo started misbehaving, that was the eventual solution.

Thank you. Will take your advice and buy a new SD Card. Makes sense then having to retry again if the old one is faulty. Once again thank you, davidfor this is the second time you have save me the cost of buying a new e-book reader.

The image is for 2GB card. But, the book partition can be expanded to fill the rest of the card.
