Has anyone heard if this is true that many imprints have cut down on urban fantasy midlist authors. So we might see a few urban fantasy series end mid way.

July should also see the release of The Dresden Files Accelerated RPG (aka DFAE), which merges the wizardly awesomeness of the Dresden Files RPG with the sleek, story-based, rules-lite Fate Accelerated system.

The next comic, Dog Man, is now in the script phase. It will be adapted by Mark Powers and pencilled by Diego Galindo. No release date yet.

“Small Problems”, a short story for Larry Correia and Bryan Thomas Schmidt’s upcoming Monster Hunter International anthology. Due out some time in 2017.

I've heard that urban fantasy in general isn't doing all that well any more.

I dont agree comic books are more or less urban fantasy and they are doing better than ever but you are correct I heard similar. Rachel Caine used kick starter for a new book in her Weather Warden series after her publisher didn't buy it And she was probably able to match what 10k or so she would have gotten from the publisher as the advance for a mid list author.
