Quick question - confirm dialog

Where can I reset the confirm dialog when deleting books? I honestly don't remember turning that off, I'm too worried about making a mistake (as I did this morning - I have a tendency to accidentally click the mouse while moving it) and now not sure how to turn it back on. Will it only turn back dialog boxes, or other things too?

Geez, never mind. I went to do something else, and found it immediately on a page I went to about 4 times and missed it each time. I hate doing that!
