Walmart Black Friday --> ad scan

Walmart will open at 6PM on Thanksgiving this year. If you want to shop online, you're in luck -- you can shop their Black Friday sale all day online on Thanksgiving!

Aside from being able to shop in your PJs, shoppers have another bonus at Walmart this year. Walmart has increased their online Black Friday inventory by over 50% compared to last year, and more deals than ever will be available online. Of course there are still some in-store exclusives, but as long as you don't want those items, you might not have to set foot in a brick-and-mortar store this year.

Kmart Black Friday --> ad scan

We just posted the 32-page Kmart Black Friday ad scan!

This ad includes Kmart's Thanksgiving night deals and their 3-day sale that runs for the entire weekend. Last year they released three sets of deals, including a round of early-morning savings. We expect that there will be more "Thanksgiving Morning" doorbusters to pop up from Kmart before Black Friday arrives.

The Thanksgiving Night doorbusters in this ad run from 7PM on Thanksgiving until 2PM on Black Friday. As you page through the ad you will start to see that most of the items, aside from special doorbusters, will actually be available all weekend -- another reason we expect to see a "Thanksgiving Morning" ad.

I didn't post this here originally because I figured anyone who was interested already saw it--but just in case, there's someone on ebay with a bunch of Kobo readers. Someone(s) on Mobileread mentioned they bought one (and then someone else) and they looked new. These appear to be older models, but they are cheap and ebay has all kinds of protections, but the ad says guaranteed. Might be worth a look if you're in the market for such.

Sears Black Friday --> ad scan

We just posted the 48-page Sears Black Friday ad scan!

Sears will open from 6PM to Midnight on Thanksgiving, and again at 5AM on Black Friday. Make sure you double-check with your local store since not all locations will be open on Thanksgiving.

Keep in mind that Sears has a ton of these items available for purchase right now in their Black Friday Now sale! You won't find any doorbusters, but if something catches your eye in the ad, you just might be able to purchase it now and have one less thing to worry about on Black Friday.

Best Buy will open their doors at 5PM on Thanksgiving this year. They'll stay open til 1AM and re-open at 8AM on Black Friday. Note that this ad is being called a "preview" but we don't think that Best Buy will be adding any more deals -- rather, they will update the pages to a typical sale flyer format.

You'll also be able to shop the Best Black Friday sale online! We aren't sure what time it will start, but the sale usually goes live in the very wee hours of the morning on Thanksgiving. We will make sure to keep you in the loop.
