I download the English stardict from here, and convert it with penelope to kobo format.

To convert German wiktionary you need to use this tool to convert it to stardict.
I don't understand how to do it yet, see the Issues .

Thanks for the tips, I'll try to play around with it. The output format is pretty easy, I just don't really know how to deal with the wiki markup right now, HTML would be nicer, then I could try it by myself. I'll keep you posted

I never saw a dictionary file under some 700 Kb, and those were poor. The adequate ones I have on my kobo are all 7 Mb+. I wonder about yours, but can't test it just now.

This dictionary is basic, only 26k works.
