The same way as all the other Kobo devices. Holding the power button down for at least 10 seconds will force it off. Then you can turn it back on again.

Guys, from Italian review I didn't understand does One include internal micro sd slot?

It doesn't have microsd, the internal memory is a sandisk chip soldered on directly...

He says it has a 1200 mAh battery. How does that compare with other ereaders?

Oh, kept reading and further on he says other readers have 1500 mAh. Not good, Kobo.

Probably the former, i think kobo change the battery supplier for the kobo glo.
