Try to use a different .odt file, maybe you have some formatting problems in it. Try to create a simple .odt with just Heading 1 and Text Body styles and check if it works.

Otherwise:

– remove plugin from "extension manager"
– reboot LibO
– download a fresh copy of the plugin from my site
– install it
– reboot LibO

Unfortunately, W2E is not so strong in error handling. Some complex formatting can create a crash in the code, and the resulting error normally has no particular meaning.

Tipically, you can get problems in Microsoft Word documents, that can bring hidden formatting when converted to .odt files.

I tried 1.1.28 on LO 4 & LO 5 , both time there was a problem with an OO function which was not able to pick-up a picture or sthg ... just had to comment 4 or 5 lines of code in the extension and it seems to work

Sorry I tried to reproduce the bug by uninstalling and reinstalling the extension but it seems to work now

but the "editor" (!!br0ken!!) of the epub document is kind of funny though

(tried on another document and the "title" & "editor" of the epub were !!br0ken!! also ...)
