ok, I went ahead and got the omnibus. Who says I can't impulse buy with the best. Looking at the cover art, it's very difficult for me to figure out what sort of detective books these are. They look almost like kids' books to me based on that, but you don't seem like an Encyclopedia Brown type guy, thus the attempt to figure out what sort of books they are. | |

For all Katherine Kurtz fans, St Patrick's Gargoyle is being published as an ebook on 5th July. This is one of her stand alone novels. I got it in paperback when it was first published and thoroughtly enjoyed it. |

Baen are selling C. J. Cherryh's The Paladin again. This title hasn't been available after it was removed from the store about three years ago, I guess Baen have worked something out with the author.

OK, having now got the books, they are: 27 Gently Heartbroken (originally "Gabrielle's Way") 28 Gently in the Past (originally "Fields of Heather") 29 Gently Between Tides 30 Gently With Passion (originally "Amorous Leander") So this leaves us missing #26 in the series, published as "The Honfleur Decision" in 1980 (although doubtless Constable would rename as "Gently <something>"). Hopefully they'll be publishing this at some point; I've sent them an email to enquire. |

Terrible Shift Sword, the 3rd of Forstchen's The Lost Regiment series just hit the Kindle Store. He seems to be releasing this series, a new one every 3 to 4 months. He dropped this one down a dollar, to $6 rather than $7. Forstchen and Zelazny are the two authors that I check Amazon for every so often. |
