It's always possible, but I don't think it is likely, since they still have Kindles on backorder. People would get mad if they just got them and a new version came out.

No one knows when John, until amazon announces it, don't believe anything your read or see.

And just my opinion, but there isn't anything they could do which would make me trade mine in. Even the folders everyone is so anxious about.

Unfortunately, there's been no definite announcement from Amazon on a release of an updated Kindle. I'd like to have that information myself, as I'm still debating which ebook reader I want.
