Well, that's more or less what I meant by 'work' :-).

I'll do that as soon as I'm home from work. Earlier in the thread I already attached my output of the first version of the tool; I don't know whether that's of any use ad interim.

@mbovenka, Thanks. I've looked over every thing and I think I found the issue. 'usb\\vid_3034&pid_1795&rev_0132' is the device info returned by the device scanner. Part is hex, part is decimal. I've added a check so the ids are checked in hex and decimal. They were previously only check in assuming hex values in that string. That should. The next release (0.4.129) will include this change. Hopefully this gets your 64 MB Cybook supported.

When this super piece of software finally works what will we Cybook users be able to do?

Import our books into a shiny application and search/sort by author, publisher, series, genre, etc.

Easily load the books we want onto our Cybooks

Load books onto our Cybook that aren't originally in Mobipocket format, as the conversion will be done by Calibre automatically

Get websites (eg. news websites) automatically downloaded and converted into Mobipocket format and loaded onto our CyBooks.

Read books on our computers using Calibre's viewing application.

A lot, really!

I like the "load non mobi books". I guess it will do .lit as I have a few of those and it is a minor pain to convert. Lots of mobi stuff to read before I have to do the conversions but I like an automatic import.

And the news websites bit.

Super stuff.

@mbovenka, with 0.4.129 the Windows detection code has been enhanced a bit. Hopefully this gets your Cybook detected.
