No, you can't do that. You could create a collection, but that wouldn't remove them from the view (a collection is a tag, not a folder). If you no longer want to see these books in the Cloud, best thing to do is to delete them from the Cloud. You presumably have them stored on your PC, too?

No, deleting the book from the Cloud will delete the highlights.
