				Differences between I86MLPlus and I86HDMLPlus?

Hi, I bought an I86HDMLPlus - as described... But after arriving, I found out I86MLPlus is written on the backside of the case and in the system-information. Is there a difference between this both devices or is its the same? Btw. this machine works well Kind regards Vero |

I'm curious about those differences as well. (I do not own either unit.) I'm wondering if they shipped you the wrong unit? |

I just checked the box mine came with. Yes, for some reason the box is still around. There's a "I86ML PLUS" label on it, so, its the same as yours. The HD part is just an indication of the screen resolution (1600x1200). In fact, the RAM size is indicated to be 512MB on the box, but that's obviously wrong because the device comes with 1GB of RAM. So, you shouldn't be worrying about labels. These are from a Chinese company and packaging and presentation is generally not their strong suit.

Thanks, sounds good. I was a little in irritation because the differences in the name. In the bill of the device the HD was written, just not on the Boox. This Onyx seems to become the best of all my ebook-readers. A wonderful machine.☺ Btw. the google-play-store login accepts my existing account and shows all apps, I have installed on other devices, but unfortunately no one of the apps I have bought will be displayed as still payed. What may be the reason for? Have I to pay the still payed apps a second time, if I want them on my Onyx? kind regards Vero |

No, you don't need to re-purchase them. I forget the exact solution, but I think it's to go into Settings->Apps, find Google Play Store and clear the cache. Generally I do the same for Google Play Services and Google Services Framework. It's cache you are clearing, not data. If, after a reboot you still don't see the apps as purchased you might then resort to clearing the data. Doing so would have the side-effect of having to login again when you start the Play Store. Others might be able to give a more exact answer. It's been awhile since I had the problem. |

Hello BsNick uh - thanks a lot. I'll try your hints tomorrow and let you know, if they will work with me. Would be fine, not to have buy each app a second time. Hi LucyOne, I bought this Device at eBay as used in a new condition. Was a lucky strike - to get one + case for just Euro 200.-- And this machine still have 18Month guarantee. |
