Thanks a lot David. I'll tell if it worked. I just put some books on it and when I unplugged it it started on a reboot loop and I couldn't do a factory reset.

OK, a reboot loop is different to bricking. And if it was rebooting at the right place, after the fourth time, it would have prompted you to do a factory reset.

That also tells me you probably did the factory reset wrong. It might have been an issue with the timing, but I would be very surprised that if the device was in a boot loop, a factory reset wouldn't work. The instructions are here.. If you follow them, it should work.

I've tried it but the problem is that I can't turn it off. It turns on, but I can't do anything, and a few seconds later it reboots automatically and it begins again.

Are you saying that when you held the power button down for 20 seconds, it didn't turn off? If so, that is extremely unusual.
