It's available for Mark 3-6 devices, which generally means that it's released for all devices except for WiFi.

Unknown is if the Mini is officially included in this release.

Is the new release numbering scheme a psychological ploy by Kobo to make us think that they don't produce so many releases (e.g. are we going to be on release 3.19 for many, many months)?

I have updated my mini by changing the affiliate to RakutenBooks and it seems to be working fine. (changed the affiliate back after the update completed). I'll wait a bit before updating my other devices.

I can't find anything different about this version so far. None of the bugs introduced in 3.19.5613 have been fixed, but I can't find any new bugs either.

Calibre update checked in
I don't know anything about this release either. It was not released through the beta list.

I have checked the function from the calibre point of view, and there are no changes to the database or anything that the driver uses. So, I have bumped the supported version number. That should be included in the next release of calibre. In the meantime, you can safely use the "Attempt to support newer firmware" option in the driver.
