			The latest Windows 10 update lost my start menu.   I got some help via Microsift Support and they tried to set up a new user and transfer over my settings etc but it's all gone wrong so now my Surface 3 is a useless pile of junk. I am really regretting buying it. I'm in hospital for a procedure tomorrow and work full time so no idea what to do or when to try and do it. |

			Microsoft Supports only answer is to create a new user and delete the old one, but the first attempt failed and the second one made such a hash of it I couldn't work out what had backed up or not and my storage use was too high which is why I decided to make a clean restart. I should have done it in the first place, I wasted 6 hours with MS support, and even now the windows store won't open so I can't download any apps.

			There is something I would have tried is to reinstall the Windows 10 update to the new version in case that fixes what got broken. My Surface Pro 2 has not had any of these sorts of issues with Windows 10. |
