Nope ... and for the exact reasons that Patricia stated. If it has already fallen into the public domain, the extension will not pull it back out. The extension is actually the reverse of ex post facto.

And, I would hunt down that other thread, but I'm not myself today. Something very tweaking going on .... did not sleep well. Had dreams involving John Larroquette .... we were both running to make the same flight, and I forgot to pack my retainer.
