I got the PW2 in May and I just received my voyage, I am kicking myself for not getting the voyage back then. The voyage is so much easier to read, and with the new firmware and typeset engine WOW is all I can say.

What problem are you having? All Kindles are pretty much the same.

With the K3 when I side load ebooks they land at the end of my collections. Easy to see which ones need to be put into proper collection. With the PW2 I cant find them unless I Change Collections into just ebook list! Meaning I then have to figure out what needs to be added to the right collection. Its slow its annoying & at this rate I be dead of old age before I get this done |

I'd suggest changing your home page sort order to "Recent" when you add books. That way the books you've just added will be displayed at the top of the list.

I like the deferred payment plan myself. I used it to buy my Kindle Fire tablet. The payment plan was a help in affording it as I am on a limited income and 5 payments of $20.00 were easier to deal with than a lump sum one time payment. |

My guess would that you've damaged the light diffuser. Do you keep your Kindle in a case?

I don't know how you've damaged it, but a bright area on the screen, where the frontlight is shining through more brightly than the rest of the screen, is almost certainly physical damage to the light diffuser.
