Ouch. Body hurts. Too much mulching and gardening and cutting down trees with a tree saw (well, one tree, but it was a big one). Towards the end it pissed down rain, but it was warmish, so we just got soaked. Jumped in the pool afterwards and it was warmer than the air temperature, which was nice.

Now I am very hungry, and sore, like I said. Still, it's a better sore than sinus, so, my thoughts are with you Nekokami.

Reorganizing the client files on the computer. I replaced the sheetfed scanner I use and I have been catching up on the scanning. I only scanned the stuff I HAD to have on the photo scanner (read slow, awkward, and large file sizes that must be reduced.) I have added about 500 documents this week including contracts, amendments, modifications (sounds like it might be the same as amendments, but in the Government world they are different), financial statements, non-disclosure agreements, representation notices, and a whole host of other stuff with signatures on them.

i'm relearning my atrophied plaster coating skilz. Part of the current project creep that started with, 'Wouldn't it be nice to have a ceiling fan in the guest bedroom?

i followed that link, and was amazed to discover that in the related links is a video called "World Tournament 2007 final battle." seriously ??? the pen-spinning World Tournament ???

Yep, apparently - I like the Lamy vid because it's a proper pen, they use modified pens in competitions.
There seems to be a thriving sub-culture for pen spinning. One well-known pen spinner, Bonkura, tragically died and is now something of a legend.
Wonder what else is going on I don't know about.

Some people practice pen spinning at work, others look at MR and some even twitter, all very productive.
