If it's like other similar promo's BB has done in the past Nook tablets don't count. They don't consider them tablets, but a form of eReader.

Does this include the Sammie Nooks? These are just Samsungs with a BN shell.

Edit: It's probably a "mileage may vary" situation. If they can find a generic tablet to click, you may get the full amount. I got the full promotion ($50 card + $50 coupon) for turning in my SGT4N....entered in as a SGT4. Other stores / salespeople might choose otherwise. Now, back to playing with my new toy. (Oh! time to update the MobileRead stats.)

The HD+ is 3:2 IIRC.

What are the advantages (if any) of choosing the Nook branded Samasung, or simply the Samsung?

I am no longer ensconced in the Nook world, by the way, having given my various nooks to family members currently in jail, prison, or on distant planets.
