Just found out. My Nexus 7 is running lollipop 5.02. The other tablets are running kitkat 4.4.x. Lollipop is using the "ART" runtime libraries & not the DAV???. Surprising as I would have expected the other way around! Anyway, able to get it over to the Fire HDX to update.https://www2.mobileread.com/i/smilies/smile.gif |

Sorry. I tried to mean that I expected being able to backup the Moon+ Reader under KitKat 4.4.x but not necessarily under Lollipop. The reverse in my case is surprising; even the rooted tablets using CM11 couldn't do a backup!

You should be able to backup using Titanium Backup. That is the most important root tool there is for me.
