So far I've just been told that these heavy breathing calls will be reported to the police. I clearly need to work on my growls and snarls.

I called him with a collection notice. He wasn't certain he'd ever seen a psychiatrist until I told him amnesia was one of the symptoms of his condition. Then, when he comes in for his appointment next week, I'll zap him until he lets you have a day off.
