I am having trouble getting the tablet detected by the software. Is there any way to make it access that download mode via ADB?

I still can't get into the damn recovery mode. I keep checking the Windows device manager in order to see if the driver is wrong, but it shows me "Asus android devices/Android Composite ADB Interface. Is this right? I have installed the drivers several times already. RKBatch can see the tablet but this other program can't, and the ADB command you told me about does not work either. I don't know what else to do.

Try another computer, another usb port or another cable. Adb can be a pain sometimes.

First of all, you are using the wrong driver. It is Rockchip Not Asus.
I agree with Catire. You should try another computer.

Thanks guys, but still having the same problem. The touchscreen is dead. I managed to flash it with the tool provided by nightboy, but the problem is still there. Here's the build.prop file in case it is of any need:

1-try factory reset

adb wipe data
adb wipe cache partition

you might have to add the word "shell" between "adb" and "wipe"

2-try Adb sideload
reboot into recovery by using adb

adb reboot recovery

then in recovery mode

adb sideload update.zip

update.zip --> one of the update files in the main post

3-Assuming none of these worked, post your logcat & kmsg.

I tried to upgrade my firmware.

After upgrade with 1020B firmware, my T62 Touch Screen is dead too.

I tryed so many time, every firmware..


At last I tried 1018C firmware.
