Change covers on Kindle for PC

I've been trying to change the cover for my ebook on Kindle with no effect. First, I used the Kindle DRM Removal, then I added the newly converted file to Calibre, and then I set the new cover and clicked on "Convert books". I set the output as MOBI and after I opened the file in Kindle the cover didn't show on the list of all books. When I open the book in Kindle the cover is shown on the first page, but it's blank on the main page where I can select a book.
How do I solve this problem?

(I assume from your profile details your Kindle is the Kindle for PC application?)

Thank you eschwartz, now the cover shows up on Kindle. However the new covers are very blurry on the main screen, but when I open the book the cover shows up the way it's supposed to.

The covers will get extracted by the Kindle itself with this option, I believe. calibre has no control over the process.
