Also, I'm going to start reading The Silva Mind Control Method by Jose Silva and Philip Miele soon--within a few days. It's based on the course pioneered by Jose Silva (i.e., The Silva Method). The book supposedly shows how people have overcome tension, bad habits (I'm a slacker--big time), emotional insecurity, and even illness with the techniques in this course.

I'm hoping this program could help me get out of the rut I'm in. Anyway, on a lighter note... 'Hope everyone has a good night!
