I hadn't heard of him (a writer of horror fiction, apparently), but always sad when someone dies at such a young age.

According to Wikipedia he died of blood cancer and was just 50 yrs old. I feel sorry for his family. He leaves behind a wife and daughter apparently.

He wrote some pretty sick stuff, Survivor being one book that curled my skin.
His book Clickers was such a violent homage to B-Monster Horror and was fantastic. He was well respected among the horror community, that's for sure. RIP and thoughts are definitely out to his family and friends. |
