			When I was working in London, it was common practice for small firms who didn't have their own vehicles to use taxis for local deliveries. That was 30 years ago. Good to see that Amazon is catching up. Mike |

			Small firms in London 30 years ago, and Amazon in the U.S. testing cab deliveries now, is kind of a different situation. Add that to the fact Amazon is testing drone deliveries and have made deals with the Post Office to deliver on Sundays -- and you've got company (as one poster put it) that leaves no stone unturned.

			I have seen food delivery by taxis. Maybe to make it more modern, they will use Uber also. |

			Our taxi's here are subsidized by the city so we don't have to pay a lot ($2.00 per trip for seniors & disabled) and if you are a shut in and need meds picked up they do that as well.
