Calibre sending wrong format to device

I am trying to use my Paperwhite with Calibre for the first time. When I try to send a book, it is defaulting to Mobi format instead of AZW3.

How do I get it to default to the format that I want?

You can set the formats and their order of preference in the device interface plugin for the Kindle 2/3/Touch/Paperwhite.

Thanks. I hadn't connected to a Kindle in so long (and I didn't use Calibre much when I had a Kindle) that I had forgotten about the builtin plugins.

All is working now.
