Sorry, but I don't know what you mean. Are you asking that CC select an IP address based on its own IP address? Or to use DNS of some sort? Or to select an IP address based on the SSID of the router?

Have you tried using automatic connection? I would be surprised if it fails in both cases. In fact, it is rare that it fails at all on a "normal" local network.

Well, I want it, so perhaps I am biased, but the scroll bar is pretty unnoticeable. I didn't notice it for almost a year. You could just add it and see if anyone complains. You might go a few years before anyone requested you make it an option.

I'll check my 2012, but like I said in another post scroll bars give me problems grabbing them when I don't want to so it's not a problem.

I want it to select an IP address by ssid of router. Automatic connection doesn't work for me at work but works a home.

Seems to me that adding a second connection specification similar to what we did for the content server would solve your problem. The first could be "automatic" and the second the IP address of your work machine. Am I wrong?

Is the text in the settings menu supposed to be smaller for the headings that are in caps than for the description? For instance BOOK FORMATS AND FOLDERS is smaller than Formats and folders. It would be easier to scroll thru the menu looking for something if these were the same size. Or is the difference in size more apparent to me because I use large system fonts?

That is the standard format with standard sizes, so I think the answer is "Yes". We did nothing to change the sizes of anything on that screen.

This is a trivial little nice-to-have-if-its-not-too-much-work.

When tapping on the cover in the book details screen, expand the cover to full screen. A second tap goes back to book details as it is now. I like to keep them small so I don't have to scroll to get to the book information, but it would be nice to be abele to expand them at times to get a closer look.

Will look at this.

I doubt I will be able to expand to full screen because the covers will pixelate quite badly. I probably can grow it to "extra-large". Note also that you will probably need to up the "Downloaded cover size in pixels" to the maximum, again to avoid ugly pixelation.

This works for me, thanks. Perhaps you can add a 640 size for covers for people who want to use this.

I just wanted to say I absolutely love CC on my Nook HD. I don't even go near the native reading app anymore. I just thought I would post and add my vote to get CC for iDevices. I am looking at getting an iPad but I would REALLY miss having CC. Even if Apple doesn't allow it, making a version for Cydia would be awesome too! Thanks for all the hard work!

I know how you feel. Knowing that Chaley was developing CC was the reason (over 2 years ago) I bought my first Nexus 7 instead of another ereader.

The only thing that I've found a little odd until now is that in the content server mode there's a ''Download All'' button which when touched has no affirmation dialogue box.... it just starts downloading everything straight away.
It seemed to me a good idea to add such a dialogue box just to avoid the small chance of accidently downloading your whole Calibre library to your device when you only want a piecemeal selected 10% to be there.
I'm new to c.c, so there may be something that I've overlooked in the settings or otherwise...?

You haven't missed anything. It behaves like you say.

Should the question always be asked, or asked only if more than N books (5?, 10?) will be queued?

You can stop the downloads by disconnecting from the content server.
