Problem with Arabic (Right-To-Left Language)

My book has Arabic text, written right-to-left. MS word handles things well, yet when I convert the MSWORD file to ePub with calibre, text direction is not maintained. Can something be done about it?

To set the text direction to "right-to-left" in the stylesheet:
