I didn't bother watching the video but I decided to leave Facebook when they made their IPO. The only real asset they have is their huge customer base.

I resented Zuckerberg and company making billions of dollars selling my customer data and decided I could live without the service. I really don't miss it and certainly have regained a lot of time that I used to spend posting on Facebook.

I too left Facebook for around the same reasons. It just became a chore to me to sign on.
