The Find Duplicates plugin doesn't seem to do what I requested.

I was looking to find duplicates across all libraries at once not comparing one to another. When one has many libraries the library comparison combos can be almost endless.

Perhaps, now that calibre has a good 'virtual' library function, it's time to consider merging your libraries into one?
