Calibre Error
I keep getting the following error when Calibre is running.

I an running Win 7 Professional and everything is updated. Any suggestions on how I can fix this? or where to submit a support ticket?

That indicates your database is corrupted. Run the restore database tool, or delete all books and re-add them.

Okay I did the restore database. While merging the doubles in my library I got the same error again. (pasted below)

If I delete calibre and then add it again and all my books would this fix the problem?

Can you post the metadata.db file from your calibre library. That error is exceedingly unusual and I would like to understand why it is happening.

Kovid if you tell me how I would be happy to post it. Please remember I am a 60 year old woman and will need step by step instructions. Sorry

I found these files in my calibre library folder. Maybe I have to many and that is why I am having a problem?

Post the file "metadata"

Just scroll down the page when you are replying to this and you will see a button labeled "Manage attachments" that will allow you to attach the file.

@CaseIH, I don't think you can attach a database file (metadata.db) file on this forum, best thing is to put in a zip and upload that.

Well, if you are unable to attach the file, I will commit a fix anyway, based on that error message. Hopefully it will fix your problem. Wait for this Friday's calibre release.

I can tell you it only happens when I am converting to a different format. If I am just adding the metadata to any books it does not happen.
