If you have a disability and a Kindle Fire HDX 2013, do a down sweep \ Settings \ Accessibility and you will see lots of options for assisted use. At the bottom of that page is an Accessibility User's Guide.

Thanks I have a paperwhite. I find it great, I can hold it in one hand, with that hand braced against something and tap for page turn. Just I have MS so my hands will get weaker over time. So lighter and a remote would be amazing. I could then prop the book on something and click

No I find them annoying, I tried it and hated it. Far more comfortable resting in my hand using my thumb to turn pages
