Sears used to sell houses in their catalogues. They were the then equivalent of manufactured homes and sold very cheaply. Nowadays (before the crash) they are quite expensive and novel.

Oddly enough, they were not Craftsman Style architecture.

A snooker game involves potting 15 red balls. Each ball gives 1 point. After scoring a red ball, the player is allowed (actually, obliged) to go for the color balls, as they give more points (yellow - 2, green - 3, brown - 4,blue - 5, pink - 6, black - 7).
If someone misses, the other player gets the opportunity to score, and he/she must begin with a red ball.
Whoever gets the most points in the end is the winner.

There are bad drivers everywhere although it seems that Maryland has more than its fair share of them. When I was in high school the joke about bad drivers was that they had gotten their license at Montgomery Ward (who maintained a regional warehouse in Baltimore back before they went under.)
