I will let you know after I have my Jetbook for a while. As for the iPod Touch.. well, yes, I probably would. That being said... I would never buy a book reader like the Kindle that is built around DRM... Though I might be willing to accept eReader style DRM as a necessary evil, I will never accept DRM linked to devices or requiring a DRM server. -- Bill |

I'm my Kindle was lost or broken, I would probably replace it with a Sony 505 or 700. Since I will still be able to buy books from the Kindle store. Of course, if they move more to Topaz this would not be an option. BOb |

I gave him "good-bye" karma because I just knew you were going to blow him up (at the very least). You sure have mellowed DG. | |

If I lost my iLiad, I'd take a long, hard look at the new Irex reader - screen size is important. But I would probably just have the broken screen on my Cybook repaired - I can't really afford anything more right now anyway Then I'll wait and see if anything interesting is coming out next year, like the Plasticlogic reader. |

If I lost my PSR-505 which I love, I'd be depressed because of what I paid for it, and because I'd be suffering from some reading withdrawal (thank goodness there are still pBooks ). The next reader I'd buy would probably be the PRS-700, although it would take me a few months to save up for it. |

When my iliad up and left I replaced it with a Cybook. If the Cybook got lost or broke I would replace it with another Cybook.

I've got so much paper left that i'd go back to reading that for a while, until the reader of my dreams surfaces. I would just hope it's soon because I have some pretty heavy bricks remaining. BTW I passed by the bookstore and saw an interesting book last weekend but I failed to buy it because it was too heavy...incredible how easily we get spoiled by our readers. |
