Can someone give more details regarding selecting several words or lines? It's quite tricky on the Mini and the Aura HD, but I can't figure if it should be better or worst with a capacitive screen.
Note that selecting only one word wasn't an issue.

In the pictures I see Aura has better contrast better contrast than Mini with blacker blacks. Aura will not fit in my shirt pockets.

Yes it increases thickness but is still greyish. Thanks for the suggestion though.

So I've taken my Aura into the sun and looked for this diamond pattern on the screen. Really, whichever way I look at it, I can't see it.

Maybe, one of them is back now 3/4 of the way up and just under a cm in from the edge. Only visible when the brightness is above 50%.

Not overly bothered but given what I paid I may pop into whsmith and see if they have replacements in, would be good to get a perfect one if they are out there. If not though I will not send it back.

If it's anything like the Paperwhite Blotch Debacle of 2012, you'll soon have people telling you it's because your eyes are simply incapable of seeing the pattern. It's really there.

Took mine back to whsmith's today, they had 2 in stock and both had pin pricks, one of them had 3. Even the display model had one.

Felt a bit guilty as I walked out with my original one and left them with 2 unsellable models.
