And once you have gotten your Kindle Library in check, you can download Eye of the Tiger by NJ Walters, the current Samhain freebie. ( I searched, but I couldn't find it mentioned.) |

http://www.amazon.com/s/?url=search-...e%22&price=0-0 = 8 books from Wild Rose Press (all are still free right now) Stolen Fury - Elizabeth Naught (still free right now) Carpe Demon: Adventures of a Demon-Hunting Soccer Mom (Demon-Hunting Soccer Mom #1) - Julie Kenner (J. Kenner) (still free right now) Myriah Fire - Claudy Conn-----Also @ Smashwords (still free right now) Off Sides - Sawyer Bennett-----Also @ Smashwords (still free right now) ---->So, that's 12 Freebies posted in one day alone, not counting the many deals/discounted books that were posted as well. Plenty of deals and freebies are being posted. ---->If you aren't interested in reading the various discussions, it only takes a few seconds to scroll through posts and look for the blue links. ---->I personally don't contribute a lot to the various discussions (my own shyness), but I do post freebies and deals. I love to read the various discussions and posts about peoples' personal lives. It would be very boring to limit this thread to just the freebies and deals. I wish people would stop complaining about there being additional discussions beyond just posting freebies and deals. The people who bring it up or who complain to the moderators tend to not post any freebies and deals or contribute to discussions. Do you really want to alienate the people who post the freebies and deals by complaining and trying to ruin this thread? It keeps coming up and I would like to leave the thread as is please. All you have to do is spend a few extra seconds scrolling through posts to look for the blue links, I don't think that's too difficult or too much to ask. I used to post in other deal threads here, but I stopped because of the problems and negativity and I felt it wasn't worth the trouble. I started to post again, just in this thread, because I felt the community here was positive and appreciative. Please either move on from this thread or just spend a few seconds scrolling for the blue links. --->Rant over! I just wished we didn't have to deal with people trying to hurt or change this thread! The majority (if not all) of the people who actually post here want to keep it as is! |

![]() BTW, did anyone see that Harlequin will be redesigning their site? Looks like their ebook wishlist will be gone when they combine the print and ebook sites into one big happy family ('bout time... they have been ahead of the game where ebooks are concerned IMHO). |

![]() I don't post often, but I check in every day. I enjoy the chitchat, Calibre tips, freebies, etc., and am fully capable of scrolling past what doesn't interest me. Please don't change, guys! *group hug* And while I'm here... These two books have been discounted to 99¢ for a month or two and are very good! The historical accuracy is top-notch (written by a scholar of the period), the religion is not preachy and is reflective of the belief system, and the characters are not TSTL. Wild Indigo (BN) and His Stolen Bride (BN), by Judith Stanton. They're both Avon titles... Is Avon still doing the themed releases? I haven't been keep tabs on them lately. EDIT - There look to be lots of 99¢ Avon titles, no discernible theme. Last edited by pisceschick; 09-11-2013 at 09:11 PM. Reason: New! Improved post! ;) |

I am one of those that don't post a lot. I just wanted to thank you all for your hard work. I check here several times a day for your recommendations. I love all of the conversations even though I am not participating. I feel like you are all friends. I just wanted to write in support of the thread as it is.

I also appreciate all the posts. I used to go to those sites and download a lot. Now, I don't. I will click on links from here, if they look good. My archive, it be vast. I haven't done anything about it this year. Except add to it. |
