Just one week until we meet!

And my personal travel plans for the weekend are coming together. Today I'm getting tickets to the Georgia Aquarium (wonder if I can find the blue one next to the fish?) and for Les Miserables at the Fox Theatre. I've already got a ticket to the High Museum of Art. Cultural and artistic bliss!

Just to confirm, the reservation is all set for 7:30 PM at Gordon Biersch. The reservation is under Mobileread or my last name which is "Good". See y'all there.

Hi Folks. Unfortunately I've had to go out of town at the last minute, actually traveling today, and won't be able to make the Atlanta meet up. Have a good time and hopefully I can join the next time.

On a brighter note, traffic in Atlanta this weekend isn't as bad as I expected. I guess that's the upside of the gas shortage.

Taylor and llasram, it was a pleasure to meet you and I hope we can get together again to talk and laugh. And maybe next time we can pick a restaurant that doesn't have such a loud and shrill fire alarm. The response time for the fire truck was really good though, don't you think?

Actually the alarm went off as we were paying the bill. No one told us to evacuate and some of the staff tried to figure out how to deactivate the alarm. I'm assuming there really wasn't a fire. The alarm was still shrieking when I got my car out of valet parking and the fire truck arrived.
