Slightly off: Contacting publisher for sales support?

I tried to contact the following ones for some really mundane sales/support question:

http://www.wisefoolpress.com/ - No contact info

http://speakfromday1.com/ - No contact info on the sales site but I found another contact for him on his blog but no answer

What are your thoughts of not providing sales support?

I would avoid any sales site that didn't provide contact information prior to sale, especially since both domains use a private registration service.

At least in the case of the first one, the books are also available at trusted retail sites.

Actually, in the case of the first one my question would be if the 2nd edition is a change over the 1st edition. I guess the publisher was the source of answer for this question while the retailer would might have no clue.

It means that I feel they are engaging in tactics that verge on the dishonest and, furthermore, that I find these same tactics insulting. I'm not going to spend more time with them or even think about them. In fact, they are completely forgotten.

I think you should not buy books from these guys with no contact info. These are affiliate sites and may run away with your money.
