I have a blackberry Z 10, and one can see vestiges of webos in BB10. One of the differences with Blackberry vs HP and WebOS, is that BB has a worldwide subscriber base, and money in the war chest to launch the new platform and OS. (Keeping my fingers crossed for the US launch.)

Man WebOs was the garbage software. LG was the garbage hardware.

Glad they met up. I know LG is getting better but still, who would buy this/e(combination)? Last edited by Valentino; 03-25-2013 at 10:15 PM. |

You must have used a different WebOS, perhaps 1.0 or 2.0? 3.4-3.5 were great. The OS was years ahead of iOS and Android. Just HP's stupidity ruined it. Ridiculous pricing, the wireless charging which made it really big, extremely limited language support, and they forgot to pay the big app developers.

I think that they have at the very least bought themselves a few more years. |
