Calibre ebook viewer themes - how to share?

I have created a theme in my Calibre ebook viewer and have saved it and would like to share it with a friend but I cant see any way to do this and I cant find where Calibre is hiding it. Is there a way to do this?

Send your friend the viewer_themes.json file (goto preferences->miscellaneous in calibre and click the open config directory button to find the file).
