				Kobo glo not syncing
			 
			
			Hopefully someone can help me...    I purchased some books earlier and my kobo wont sync properly.... After nearly 4 hours it has finally put my new books into my library on my kobo account on my desktop, but I can't get them onto my kobo for me to read. I have tried deleting some books, even tho I only have 60 in my library, but this hasn't made any difference. I have tried syncing wirelessly and when plugged into computer, but nothing is making a difference and I am just about read to throw everything across the room right now!! grrrrrrrr     |

			After 2 and half hours on live assistance with kobo customer service finally have it sorted!!  yay   can go to bed and read one of my new books now!!! |

			robko: thanks for the contacts; however the link you speak of was not on the Canadian site but I found live chat by googling bookworm: my fix was not as complicated as yours, I had to go into my account, then select the books, and select 'bookmark' then sync and voila the books were back on my Kobo |

			The info is on the Canadian website, but if you don't know where to look you have to lucky or really persistent and go through a bunch of screens to find it.  They really need to make it much more user accessible.

It is this latter that is completely failing, it shows the sync progress for a second, but then it reverts to showing the book as not on the eReader, and sure enough when I disconnect my library is still empty. | |
